Bmw vario expandable top box and panniers

Help and advice wanted please —
I have the above off a 2008 Gs
Could anyone advise how the lock barrels come out please?
I expected to see a small hole were one would insert a pin to release the locking pin ??

Have a google - there are a few videos on changing the lock barrels on Vario cases

Think you need to unscrew the plate above the lock on the inside

Open the case, take the screws out of the inner panel where the lock is and slide it out,
Remove the yellow cam from under the barrel noting its position,
You need to slide the visible locking wafer into the barrel with a thin screwdriver,
Then push the barrel out, watch the wafers dont fly out, ,,
