I went to the lovely hamlet of Bleasby near The River Trent in Nottinghamshire today where I saw the new Aircrews Memorial to commemorate The Fallen from a mid air collision of two Wellington bombers over the village 75 years ago

The nearby local pub is The Waggon and Horses NG14 7GG

In the pub you will find information and photographs from WW2 as well as good food and ales and a log fire so Worth a visit on the bike (with parking right outside) imho :thumb
