Last year it was the right hand side and now, the left side has given up.
Talking about the microswitch for the indicator button.
The four-way hazard lights flash OK but, the left turn button just stopped without warning to operate the console and signal lamps.
Another job on the ‘To Do’ list over winter.

My 1150 RHS has gone last week. If you find any microswitches can you let me know where you get them from please, I'd like to get some in stock.

Thanks.

Thank you.

I've put an order in for two as another one is bound to go when I've fixed this one!

I got a tv electrician to solder 6” of wire to the switch terminals and then shrink wrapped. It was too small for my eyes.
With these, there was no discernible click when pressing the button but work.

Thanks Steve, great idea about getting a specialist to do the soldering. I may do the same. :thumb2

Top fix. I bought a second hand switch gear. I'll then get the original fixed and then I'll have a spare.

Wish I'd known about this company as I'd have nipped it down to them as they're only 30 mins away. I may still get them to fix the original.

Here is the info on the microswitches everybody should have in their saved folder.

Has anybody ever ordered a microswitch with alternative travel length or operating force to that advertised?

Reason is I need to replace the left indicator side. The right done last year using this model is too easy to operate when hitting the cancel switch with a long thumbed glove and accidentally touching it.
