Stainless headers and acid......

I dropped them off with a local metal polisher yesterday morning. They're definitely stainless under the chrome, so that's something learned, I assumed they'd be mild steel - I wonder why BMW use stainless? I'll post some pics when I get them back in a few weeks - polishing chap's up to his eyes in work!

I reckon that's what the previous owner had been using - it stripped the chrome!

Yep ours arrived yesterday wife was chuffed, I gave the sink a good scrub with it and the anything stainless in the kitchen, and all is effectively stainless now, them water stains have gone.............poor wifey is a bit ocd with marks on stuff...
