Dear all, I'm in the process of rebuilding an elderly 1150, and I'm just about to refit the Telelever after a respray. Taking it off was a right palaver as everything had got rusted. So now I need to replace the 4 bearings- Haynes and Clymer give no clue as to how to do this! So do I just knock them out or what? Thoughts appreciated!

"Press the bearing out/in with a suitable tool."
Without a suitable pullers that means a hammer and chisel/metal rod in my workshop.
