Interestingly the metal frame looks like it uses the oem plastic pannier mounting points with a lever clamping from underneath like the plastic ones. So could this be the first metal framed panniers that has a quick release frame :bounce1 :thumb2

Not a fan of the alloy panniers, prefer the new Bumots, but the frame would be great, means your not carting them around when your not using the panniers :thumb2

ATAS new colour looks rather nice too, stealthy, shiny and nice. Not too sure of the standard AT colours, blue looks ok I suppose, the red looks better with the new black front mudguard and the black has now got gold bars and wheels (so warlord won’t be interested ;):D ).

Edit: viewed the vid again, pannier frame doesn’t have a clamp release, it’s bolted using a clamp in the oem mounting point underneath. Still looks like it would be a quick job to completely remove.

Also Givi/Kappa frames are already available as quick release , they were first . Looking on the website it’s part code KLR1161 :thumb
