Any improvements

Hi just joined, and have just bought a 2003 r1150r, have had a 1100 and 1150 Rs in the past. Just wondered if you could give some advice as to how I can improve the bike in any way, technically or otherwise, the reason I have gone back to the Bmw is mainly because no matter what I did to my last bike a yam fz6 I couldn’t get comfortable on it,new seat bar risers, made no difference. Any help would be much appreciated.thanks

You could try the Greek John's ECU chip. Have a look in the 11xx section.

They're about £80 and provide a better engine ECU map than the OE one. Lots of people on here swear by them. I'm getting one soon.
