I'm hoping to get back on a GS and want to do the cast wheel conversion as per my previous GS

I have a Boxer-Designs.de front mudguard, but they no longer make one.

Anyone know if there's still an option out there?

If only you'd been here a few months ago... An offer on the table to have a batch made up, but no-one wanted any.

Yeah, just saw that post today - but not sure just me would have made a financial difference.

Surely there must be an option out there

Yep, that.

The Boxer-Designs one came with spacers to make it sit down lower from the fork brace, so closer to the wheel

Most front mudguards mount to lugs on the front of the fork lowers, but the GS one mounts to the back. So I might end up buying a generic 17" steel/aluminium mudguard (like from a Triumph or something) and fabbing up some braces to mount it to the lugs on the back of the fork lowers.

Still probably work out cheaper than buying one (if they were even available!)

I've seen Rockster/1150R and maybe 1100S front mudguards modified, with suitable sized p-clips used for the fork mounts.
