Some may think I don't ride over winter................however it's not entirely true
Sure the GSA's go into hibernation, but the smaller bikes come out to play
Yesterday I organised our TRF Xmas run, commencing from Reeth and covering Swaledale and Wensleydale
We had 30 riders, starting out early from Reeth Market Place and returning for Christmas lunch at Reeth at 1pm, where we spent a pleasant afternoon - eating and drinking................we went home with full tummies
I was one of 4 Run Leaders, taking out all abilities and on a variety of bikes...............with aim to have fun, get muddy and keep upright
After previous days of rain, there was plenty of wet trails and swollen rivers...........however the day dawned bright and we were treated to wall to wall sunshine under azure skies, like something akin to Alpine ski resorts in winter and unlike British weather
