smart tv (joke!)

Just got an LG smart TV,connected same and into connecting it,
had the sky lead plugged in and they want my sky password
so put this in and of course they said it was wrong!. This is correct as I've had it for over two years no probs . Finaly got on to tuning after avoiding the dread sky question!, connection offered for c able, satilite or arials, after all the agro put in to arials and lo and behold all works fine!!. Can now get sound for sky but no pictures, cannot find how to get back to connections manual is w.o.t. any idea how to get back to set up connections.

Have you got a nine year old around or can you grab one off the street ? they can normally sort that sort of thing out in five minutes

normally quite straightforward setting up a Smart TV. You will find the set up manual on line. double check the password for sky lower carriage ? The connection to get a picture will be through cable or satellite not aerial, as this is just for normal TV. Smart TV and all the channels work off the net.
