1100 sticky throttle sorted

Thanks to you lot on here, it was that heavy that after 10miles I was in pain, turns out it was friction between the barend weight and the throttle tube, took longer to find a spacer/washer small enough but with a large hole in it than to search it on here

Actually, it's easier

To fix the problem correctly by loosening the throttle twistgrip clamping screws and moving it inwards 1mm.
