Frames been blasted,just need to collect it this week

What welding skills I have are beaten by my grinding skills

Andres wants the bike original,ish
The factory welding is ok really,just the bodges,repairs and the cutnbend on the rear to sort

It won't increase the ground clearance at all......though it would allow greater wheel travel on compression if the shock absorbers had sufficient travel.

Talking of ground clearance, that side stand and bracket eat up a good few inches of it.

The stand/bracket pictured is not ,err standard,
It mounts to the swinging arm and its tucked out of the way
(Well, it is on the bike I have.

)

Got the frame back from blasting today so we can get on with straightening it out and tidying 40 odd years of bodges :blast
