Possibly my favourite GS but I had a 2016 TB TE with the unimproved gearbox which I just could not live with. I looked and looked but eventually bought a late 2017 TE in whatever the grey is called. I'm happy but I look at yours and........................sigh.

The TB is mostly aesthetics + the spoked wheels, so make yours good as you like! I thought about blacking out more, but I like the way bits of grey/silver break it up a little. The 1250GSA HP is drawing me, but not convinced by the extra heft and geo of the GSA. GS is brilliant for all round fast B-road riding and touring.

No plans for more bling, just more miles. I'm happy to look at the 1250 but for an extra £10-12K there's just not enough benefit for me. My 1200 is already better than me :D
 
Definition of Bling? Surely it should be unnecessary tat that adds absolutely no value to the bike, but makes the rider feel good about him/her self. Most of this stuff looks too useful to be bling.

eg - Carbon fibre bits that only the rider knows about. Anything anodised. Gold plated key fobs. I agree powder coating perfectly good bits black, or chroming is bling, otherwise I am a bit disappointed in the results, its not the quantity but the pointlessness of the bling that counts......

Anyone got something diamond encrusted on their bike? Now that would be bling
 
2007 1200GS, 13000 miles.

Remus de-cat full exhaust.
Innov hard wired front and rear cameras.
Garmin Nuvi sat nav hard wired to Autocom with ANR, through Ultimate Ear in ear monitors.
Fuseblock to take care of the electrics via can bus.
LED auxiliary lights.
 
For those of us who haven't done as much 'blinging', it would be interesting to know the cost of some of the upgrades listed, especially those such as powder coating of the luggage rails, the price for which isn't readily available by checking Nippy Norman or similar websites
