Didn't early 90s bikes have a fuel cap that opened the other way, my 60/5 certainly has.

Rear mudguard doesn't look right?after market?
Rubber boot missing from clutch pushrod.
Extra washer on gearbox drain,over tightened in the past?

it looks like an early Bike with solid disks and alloy indicators - but is it all original, or even is it an early Bike?

I'd suspect the front end - the front forks look odd - did any year have gaiters, (I think not) and all the original R90S's that I have seen had the black and silver paintwork on the front mudguard
(I think that the very early models had the stripes on the paintwork with tape and not paint)

40702(9)70 both come up as 90S on realoem 10(11)/73

Pre 81 engines didn’t have Allen key oil gallery plugs as far as I’ve seen
The engine number hasn’t been factory stamped.

Gearshift might be a heel / toe arrangement
Mine did,not sure if it was a option ?
Brake fluid is either very clean on empty!
Rear seat rack wrong I think,should possibly be just a chrome loop?
It will be like a can of worms when you get into it.
Looking forward to following this.
I've been looking at some other pictures of 90s's. Some had kick starts, some didn't. All seem to have oil gallery plugs that look to be allen key, but it's difficult to see, even zooming in on the pictures.
looking at the last picture, all the bits of the engine are different colours. Looks like the main bit has been messed with.
