You can access the race circuit to see what's going on - usually some sort of track day.

Seconded .... stayed there a few years ago, very nice and good value from memory. It’s quite far out from the town of Spa itself though so budget for a moderately expensive taxi ride to see some ‘Night life’ . There isn’t much around the hotel except for a nice small restaurant about 3/4 of a mile walk up the road .

We used to rent a house for a few days when racing at Spa Francorchamps, if there are a group of more than three it makes sense. Spa is some distance from the circuit, We used to try and stay close to Stavalot or Francorchamps as there are restaurants and bars in both.
