Can you identify the Seat & steering lock key from the lock barrel

Is there anyway of getting a key to fit a seat lock etc but without any current key. help please.

If all else fails a competent locksmith should be able to make one off the seat lock. I’d be surprised if there isn’t a way to buy one off the frame no. JJH
