BMW Nav5 - importing Photo Rally Points

I have a Navi 5 GPS and have been using it now for over 2 years. I done a software update yesterday to version 3.40 and now I cant figure out how to import my gpx file for the photo rally! Normally I copied it into a new files folder and it would then import once I opened trip planner, but not anymore!! was up to 1am this morning trying everything but to no avail - can someone please offer some wisdom before I drive myself

my pc is shiiiiiiiite (xp)

have tyre on it so connect zumo to pc then saved the gpx and got tyre to send it to the zumo

it worked

If you download the file to a PC, open the file in Garmin Basecamp and then hit the right buttons, open Favourites on your GPS and they should be there. Did it this morning on a Navigator V, needs Windows Visa or newer.
