What media do you use in the wet blaster Mikey?
The paranoid method.What method do you use to make sure there’s no media left in the oil gallery’s etc, I’ve started a rebuild of one of my engines after vapour blasting,but I’m paranoid that I haven’t got all of the media out.
The paranoid method.
High pressure steam clean.
Blow out with compressed air,
Paraffin tank wash
Compressed air
Steam clean
Blow out compressed air
2nd paraffin wash
Compressed air,
Cold water pressure wash
Compressed air,
Dry on heated plate
Compressed air,
Final check with more compressed air under led lights down all galleries etc
