So after trying the Nexx Wed 2, Shoei Hornet at Motolegends last weekend i decided to take a ride out to the Adventure Bike shop today to try out the Touratech Aventuro and the Klim Krios. First one to try was the Klim Krios and it's one of those helmets you put on and immediately go Aaahh... Like you've just wrapped your head in a bundle of cotton wool. Immediate comfort and a perfect fit for me. The lid is super light and as i currently use a Neotec 2 the weight difference was significant.. Then tried the Touratech Aventure which is apparently now made by Schuberth and is a similar fit to the E1. Whilst i liked it, after wearing it for 10 mins i could feel it pushing down on my eye brows so decided the Klim was the way forward.. Great lid, comes with pinlock, both clear and dark visors and i also bought the Sena comms kit for it... A great lid and highly recommended and at £375 it's a good price compared to the Touratech, Shoei and Arai versions of an adventure lid!!
