Very nice Cawteracing , how do you find those carbs, maybe you've already posted on them in airheads? Ill have a look. Nice too to see another using the enduro 3 sahara

Hi B Murr, the mikuni carbs are okay but to be honest I think the Bings are better. I’m going to send the bings up to mikeyboy to be ultrasonically cleaned the put them back on. I love my GS. So much pleasure from riding it! If I could buy a new one I would!

An old post I know...but if you’re still looking for the decals then Gian Stichermann is now doing the ‘gravel’ ones.

Wow that's a meaty looking forkbrace. Might be the photo but to my eye the rear subframe looks like it has the rack sloping down a bit, maybe worth double checking the real thing when giving it a look over.

The meaty forkbrace is made by Toaster Tan.
Got bike down to bare frame now, checked the rack out, must be angle of pic thing... but thanks for nod !

R100R Classic

Hopefully, the pic will post. I picked this up during the first lockdown
My first boxer, and I really like it ... a lot.

Would have preferred a taller first gear and a taller seat and that’s about it
Oh, and a side stand I could use. But all stuff I can live with

On the subject of para levers, does anyone know if I can fit a tall R100GS dual seat,
in place of the standard R seat above

Thanks !

Is that the very low mileage one owner bike I missed out on last year?

Err, alas I fear so. It was in Consett .
( I think I’d have missed it as well, if lockdown hadn’t delayed everyone’s responses.)

Well done, if you ever decide to sell it let me know, no pressure :D

1994 R100GS Marakesh Red

Here's mine - sorry about the sideways on photo.

64,000 miles - Mechanical and cosmetic refurb by Mikeyboy in 2018.
Rides like a dream. Had one brand new back in the day and wish I had kept it, but the lure of a new 1100GS was too strong. Could well be up fpr sale later in the year, depending on what projects are on the go at the time. Will post on here first so it is kept in Tosser circles so to speak. LOL
