I have just set up a new Gmail account. I am a total numpty when it comes to computers. I would like to my address book from outlook, can anyone tell how it's done?

Upon reading this I typed in 'transferring outlook address book to gmail' to Google... bloody hell , 80,800 results!

Click the first one from Google, there is a software tool they provide to do it and transfer your old mail.

No I have been a Google apps user for a number of years so have been through all the moving mail and contacts around.
