In July, but it has since settled down - he just had his camper & car damaged by a big hail storm last night tho. Its a lovely area to tour for sure tho
The important thing is to make it YOUR trip... There's no 'right' not 'wrong'..... You'll meet who you meet, see what you see and put it all into that large bag of 'experience' that you drag around!
It's a great part of the world with stunning scenery and welcoming people.... What's more to wish for?!
Arsey, there's an obscure-but-related connection between your British Columbia touring expedition and absorbing teen adventure story, 'The Thirty Nine Steps'......Who would have thought!
I had the joy of going to Winnipeg (aka Winterpeg) a few years ago. A very funky town. When I arrived it was plus 35c and just before their bug season. The cab driver from the airport told me it was minus 35c a month previously. Like Toronto and Montréal, it has an underground network joining the buildings downtown to escape the cold / heat.
A wonderful country that I would love to explore more.
