Headlamp 2015 GS1200LC

Hi there,this is my first post.Had 1100,1150,1200 air-cooled and water cooled version covering almost 200,00 miles.
Having found offside headlamp LED has failed , I have been quoted £1150 for a complete replacement unit.Replacement LEDs not available according to Motorrad dealer.Do any members know of any fixes.
At this price I would have thought some enterprising sparkie would have come up with a cheaper fix ,or maybe component manufacturer selling into aftermarket,however so far my internet searches have proved fruitless.
If a new full unit at BMW list price is only option I will be reviewing my 23 year brand loyalty.

You clould try the customer loyalty/ goodwill route , or go SH

What about a later liw mileage used unit from the likes of Motorworks etc
