Thought I’d introduce myself as the forum will likely come in handy over the ownership of my new bike.
I recently just bought a ‘98 R1100GS, it’s got 47k on it, Ohlins front and rear and looks to be in lovely condition. I originally bought it to use as a winter hack but upon seeing its condition and taking it for a run I think it’ll be more permanent than that!
Based on the paper work I got with it, I reckon it was a previous forum members bike and has certainly been well cared for.
