Powering Zumo

I have a 2009 F800GS and a Garmin Zumo 550. I have also recently bought:

How can I ustlise this to power the GPS, via the cradle, without hardwirring it onto the bike

You'd need the 12v socket that comes as part of the car kit I believe. Better bet would be to either buy a DIN plug from Nippy and wire it to the end of the bare wire connector that you get with the Zumo, or else buy the can bus power cable from Nippy and spend the 10 minutes required to take the dummy tank top off and plug it in (it really is that simple, and leaves the power socket free for other stuff)

BTW, this is the Nuvi 550 section, not the Zumo 550 section.
