Couldn't make the weekend, so I popped up from Newtownabbey on the Saturday to do the road run, and what a run it was! The narrow gate, the gravel, the unexpected detours, IT WAS GREAT!!

Do you know, an RT fits through there (without its mirrors).

Saturday morning started with some mist as the sun rose over Ramelton.

A light frost coated Sugarcube's suede seat but by 11 all was blue skys, sun and steaming Tossers.

All in all a great weekend and a big thank you to all those who took the time to arrange it. :thumb

Couldn't get up for the whole weekend myself. But Glad I got up for the Saturday. Aidan and Jocker's sort of road route was superb with plenty of stunning views.

This was the wee opening track.

And this was one of the views.

It led down to Glenveagh Park with a lovely wee road along side the lake.

Went on a wee Detour past this old church, after lunch.

This was the view at 90 degrees to the Church.

while waiting for leadership (i.e; where are we going next?!)

We knew roughly where we were going next Og, I just needed to re-fold the map and whilst I was at it I nicked Jocksers 12GSA for the return run to Ramelton. :)

A fine big bike, but Mandy said the pillion seat was uncomfortable compared to my 1150. There goes my chances of a change of bike for another while.
