Its been a busy week but before going further thanks to the noble organisers.
I was a day visitor only and did some of the road run and took these shots: -

Same area this weekend

I was at the Croagh Patrick pilgrimage as a mountain rescue volunteer. The first shot is towards Achill across the bay at sunrise. The second is towards the silver strand but its the shadow of the hill and the halo that I like. The final one is of some pilgrims taken against the rising sun. I was up at 3 am to be on the summit at 5 am - so I'm off to bed now. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

NOT

Unless you get it stretchered up.

If you try you'll be stretchered off.

The top bit is really steep and has a lot of loose rocks.

Like the inside of your head - perhaps :D:D:D

Try Mount Gabriel in west Cork - there's a road up it and the view is great.

. . light bikes, e.g. XR200, have got to the summit, but not up the penetential route. Leckavrea is accessible for an experienced rider on a trials (i.e. not trail) bike . .
