Beautiful in its simplicity.

But theres lots of other nice photos on the site. Here's just a few of my favorites:

The past month or so, I've been playing in the garage every now and then.

The rear is extended as well, WP USD front added, and the HPN cockpit.

Cheers,
Michel

The front takes bumps and potholes much easier.
I haven't been riding on curvy roads & with road tyres yet, so I can't say much about that. But with knobblies and on plain roads, it feels good as well.

On rutted roads, the raised suspension is not always an advantage, especially for the not so long legged :augie

The extended rear makes it much more stable on sand & mud. The shock mount on the swingarm is not ideal yet. It should come forward a little but that will mean grinding & welding and I'm not too keen on that, plus I can't weld. I'll see how I get on with it like this first.

Cheers,
Michel

Hi Migsel,

Very nice bike :thumb2

I saw your thread about this on the dutch GS forum but unfortunately I didn't understand much of the describtion.

BTW those who like airhead specials should visit the 2V section on the dutch forum. These guys are very creative!

The Paralever standard forks are a world away from the crap things fitted to the Monolevers Trippy. They actually work off road and are more than adequate for most off road excursions. The sub frame and seat just bolt on and the exhaust is a straight swap. Apart from those few bits the speedo and fairing it's essentialy a standard bike.

Not hot but Super KOOOOL

here' my monster dakar, and yes it is that big.

Dresden special

Whilst...ahem...:augie...pausing at BMW m/c Dresden the other week (charging failure) they opinted me to their mechanic Wuhly's (that's got to be the wrong spelling apologies in advance) R100GS. Much modified. HP2 front end - obvious tank (fooled me - didn't see the bike at first!) Carbon fibre airbox one-off fropm guys in car dept and loads of other extras like back end etc. Lovely job, and tidy :thumb2
Good folks if you ever need to call upon help that way over ;)
