Seeing as how no one managed to see anything other than fog and rain during the run to Ballater and Glenshee this year, the same run will feature in 2008.

However, I'm sure that this will also appeal to some who are attending the Clans meet at Glen Clova:

Stumpy has had a wee brain wave and has kindly offered to take a small raiding party to the fabulous Applecross on the Thursday before the GOTC meet. An overnight stay in Applecross or surrounding area and followed by a run down to Glen Clova for the commencement of the Clans event on the Friday.

Stumpy will work out meeting times etc but proposes to meet at the Forth Road Bridge on Thursday, 19th June and then ride up to Applecross.

For those who are wondering what the attraction of Applecross is, here is a photo of the pass

Could anyone who fancies this wee "add on" to the weekend, please stick their name on this thread.

Thanks :thumb2
