Cafes, coffee stops and favourite greasy spoons in the West Midlands

I think the Riverside Cafe at Tenbury is going to be out of action for a bit ........:(

Yes that's a real shame.
They have worked very hard after the fire to get the business up and running again.
Hard working couple always very welcoming and bloody good food.
Hope their open soon.

Legge’s at Bromyard

(Relatively) new cafe stop on the A44 just as you come into Bromyard from Worcester. For those who know it, it is next to Holdens. Very little on Legge’s website but try Tripadvisor for times.

Popped into a great little cafe this morning which has recently opened.

It's called Hashtag Nom and is in Flyford Flavel which is on the A422 between Worcester and Inkberrow. Go into the village and you'll find the cafe between the church and The Boot Inn.

They don't do a full menu but as a coffee and cake stop it's excellent.

Don’t be discouraged, there is a barrier post at the entrance that is not locked, the cafe is located in the Admin building, go through reception, I find it courteous to ask if it’s okay to go through to the cafe who make you most welcome. The food is very good value, beware a bacon and egg sandwich is not for the faint hearted, fabulous views and watch the gliders para gliders, hang gliders from the comfort of your cuppa.0ED49158-AC9A-4B2A-8118-0155B354805C.jpeg

Cotswold Cafe, Little Compton.

This little gem is on the A44 about 3 miles out of Moreton in the Marsh heading for Chipping Norton.

They serve a great coffee and a rather good Sausage Bap.

They shut at 2pm.

If anyone in the area remembers the "Stag at Redhill"?? It has now re opened as "The Piston Club", an all things automotive themed pub/restaurant & boutique hotel. I called in on my way back from Blade Honda at Stratford on Avon this morning and had a nice coffee and bacon buttie. They've got some good beers on tap and the menu looks good. on the A46 between Alcester and Stratford.
