Thanks to everyone that was involved in organising the event. It was my first event and I have to say was one hell of a weekend!!!!

From being on the board for a few years you get a sense of people's personalities and so when I saw Whatton, I decided to introduce myself:blast

I spent the weekend in the company of some great people, Kev, James, Poppy, Al, Tony, John and Bryan to name a few. I drank......a lot, I smoked.......a lot and I laughed an unbelievable amount. I never rode my bike all weekend and never talked about it or anything on it either:D

Some outstanding memories:

Al falling over in the feild.....http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=158948&highlight=earthquake........coincidence???

Tony not being able to make his legs move fast enough to compensate for his body moving forwards.

Kev's face when Woody the Clown arrived:eek:

The hours of entertainment we derived from the poo in the gents.

I look forward to meeting up with you all again.:beer:

Tw@t, I could have been killed !!!!!!!:bounce1

Many thanks from me as well, excellent weekend! :thumb:thumb:beerjug:
Apologies to anyone who may have witnessed a "Mr Grumpy" moment from myself at around 8.30pm on Saurday (Brian especially)

raffle prizes was soon snapped up by the lucky winners shhhhhh shhhhhh shhhhhhh shhhhhh :D:D

I hope this doesn't mean that Proff was talked into 'loosing' my winning tickets.

I haven't heard from the old git so I can't imagine I won anything too terrific in my absence.

I only came for the Sat, but thanks for putting it on and to Phil and Gaz for the offroad ride and to Gaz's missus for her lunch provision

My first (and not the last) event, lots of fun, met some very nice people, many thanks to Lynn and Bryn..

Thank you to Bryn, Lyn and everyone else involved in organizing this fabby event.....:clap
As it took Andy and I so long to get there ( 6 hours!!...), in the pouring rain, we weren't really up for the official rideouts.....so we went on the unofficial 9 miler to Matlock Bath for huge buns, with the  crew......:D
Roll on next year..............:bounce1

Well I've just spoken to Proff and it appears I won a Coleman sleeping bag, a bottle of beer and a LED thingy. I also handed a couple of things back in keeping with the spirit of the evening. My luck in Raffles has certainly changed of late :)

Thank you to the organizers and it was nice to be able to help with the fund raising from my desk at work a few hundred miles away.

Mucho thanks to Bryn Lyn and all the hard workers at Lumb Farm:bow
Me and Barbara had a wonderful time with such a great load of tossers:thumb2

Thank you, Bryn and Lyn, for organising another great East Midlands event! :clap

Thanks to Flipfly and SkyGod for leading the off-road runs, Mrs SkyGod for the exceptional hospitality, the various tail-ends on both days and all the lovely knights in shining armour who helped me with picking up bike and pieces after the occasional tumble...

Thanks to the Lumb Farm crew for doing a sterling job looking after us so well. I caused a bit of trouble with my veggie orders, I think, but the food was really superb:

Thanks to all for your company - I had a fantastic weekend on the site and on the local trails (albeit a bit more expensive than I thought... :augie).

Looking forward to next year already! :thumb2

There's a rumour that you'd need a shovel to get to the underneath :hide

Twas great to meet ya Flash, shame you were on ya face with ya arse oot after taking a tumble on the carpark that obviously knocked ya out. Not a single comprehensible word past you lips after that fall. You should get yourself to the docs.........................then again don't bother, I believe you were like that for at least an hour before the noggin to ground incident :D:D:D:D:D
