I noticed there are a few threads going about trails in Spain and where to find them.
The best maps to use are the military maps, but they don't cover very large areas. This website is by far the best I have found for finding trails in Spain - http://sigpac.mapa.es/fega/visor/.
It has satellite imagery overlaid with the military maps and you can zoom in to 10 meters. Generally a double lined track will be the width of at least a car and will be pretty easy to ride. Single line tracks can turn into footpaths.
If anybody is in the Axarquia region of Andalucia, I can point you towards some fantastic trails to ride, but you should be able to find them on SigPac.
I'm also the organiser of the Horizons Unlimited meetings in Andalucia and will be organising a HUMM down here in September next year. We've already got more than 300kms of off-road trails mapped so hope to see some of you there.
