R1200GS Satnav Mount Bar

I have just purchased the Motorrad mounting bar, but I cannot find a set of instructions on how to fit the damn thing. I have tried removing the 4 screws from the screen support bar, but they ain't coming out. Do you have an idiot's guide on how to fit this properly???
