Well, last year we had Hungarian Beef on Friday night, and Hunter's Chicken on the Saturday night.

It started like this -

Spend a couple of days marinading in red wine -

And was consumed in a flash! There were even extras!

So, what would you like to have this year?

I thought maybe of a Malaysian Beef Randang with rice for one evening?

or a Chicken Tagine with couscous?

Maybe a summer vegetable risotto for the meat decliners?

Any other suggestions or requests?
 
couple of good ideas there Dan but i'm easly pleased as long as its got meat with it :beerjug:
 
I love lobster thermidor and beef wellington, not on the same plate of course:D

This is really kind of you, Gail will be sending in her request soon but she likes fancy food.

Tagines. :blast I'm just about done with them for now but, have been invited for dinner on Wed's and asked how to flavour a good tagine. :banghead:

I'm not familiar with Maylasian RingBang but I'll go for that, and to offer a simple suggestion why not do a pasta dish and give yourself some time for the evening.

PS. I'm available for kitchen duties when I commit myself to attend. :thumb
 
Paella easier than risotto for the veggie camp. Happy to mastermind if you like.

Needs a big, wide pan.
 
Malaysian Yang Ptang Kipperbang sounds delicious chef....Tagines are top too (except for Ditchy & his delicate constitution....:barf)

My standard diet of Fosters will be adhered too of course....:D

More than 'capable' of being one of chef's little helpers too....:thumb2
