No response to e-mail requests for information and their contact number has gone unanswered all week until today wnen the number is "not recognised".

Has anyone had similar issues contacting them?

Good advice Fanum and I've been digging around but I just can't find anything current - can you point me in the right direction?

Incidentally - the contact number on their website today is still 0800 917 9937 - just get "number has not been recognised"
 
Have a look on E Bay and check out Native Viking , if they have it on E Bay they have it in stock and if not they can usually get the bits quickly (if they are available)
 
I've been using Native Viking for many years, based in the NE, they have proven totally reliable thus far.
