Rides @ Dent 2016

Reet then.
At the moment I can only commit to doing a ride on Saturday but may do Sunday if I can get a swap at work.
I will post as soon as I know.
So, Saturday.
I will once again be assisted by my mate Andy as tail end sweeper.
The plan is for a longish ride of close on 200 miles...........................

I think I'd like to join you for this one Paul.

oops ..".Please try and have half a tank of fuel before the off." how big a half tank... will 75 miles to half a tank be be good enough?

I think someone posted locations of petrol stations closest to Dent on last years thread. I can't be arsed to look for it though, maybe someone else will?

I can't be arsed .... :comfort

I'll get the cheese and biscuits ....

We will need more than cheese and biscuits if we're playing the long game, over 300 miles of England's finest roads on the way to Dent with 2 ritz crackers and slice of cheddar, not enough, suggest we pick up a sandwich at a petrol staion on the way up.

Sedburgh or Hawes are the nearest petrol

But they close at tea time :)

From the south it's Settle

Is that afternoon tea or high tea? Or do you mean supper? :D

Brunch is 10.30am to 11am ish
Lunch is 12 noon to 1pm ish
Afternoon tea is somewhere about 3pm ish
High tea is the same but will cost you ten times as much
Tea is 5pm to 6pm ish
Supper 7pm to 11pm ish

ish = Irish Standard Hours :aidan
