I got it at a good price, 3rd owner but only 9 , yes nine, miles.
Easy to spend big money on Rally Raid stuff. I started a 'wish list' including the gold wheels but the total was around £3k so I started taking bits off. First to go was the wheels-- they look great but a bit OTT on this bike and the type of trip we were doing. The standard wheels had loads of hammer on the Italian Tet with the bike loaded up travelling over cobbles and rocks and didn't suffer at all. I would seriously question the need for the RR wheels.
Great bike-- needs updated suspension for off-road use though. The front is especially soft-- I fitted a RR spring in the front, supposedly harder than standard but it was still a bit on the soft side.
