Nav VI - Any good?

Hi
Looking to purchase a sat nav V1
Are they any good .
Currently have the zumo 660 it fits in my xr1000 but the toogle doesn't work old unit.
Any info would be great

Your going to get as many who will slag off the Nav VI as like it. I have had 660, Nav V and now a Nav VI. Mine has been very good, it is streets ahead of the 660, but it should be its newer tech.
 
It's a good upgrade when compared to a 660.

Ignoring all the "useability" debates from those who refuse to read a manual, it is faster to calculate, screen resolution is massively improved, and the integration with the bike is handy.

I still have my 660 as a spare but the Nav VI is much, much better (even on non-BMW bikes that don't integrate via the control wheel).

They are expensive though, so look for a deal...
 
Yes they are very good and have a particularly good screen compared to other Garmin units I have owned.
