New Postie bike

Just been watching Nathan on The Armchair Adventure Festival.
Very interesting and affable bloke.
Must try do one of his Garbage Runs when the world gets going again .

This is a good video of the new CT125 Hunter Cub with 'modification options'

I might actually buy one of these.... in Ex-Military Surplus Edition :D

That's great, at the end of the vid you can see the option loaded bike, and you can get a pillion cushion to sit on the luggage rack (If it comes to Europe, I want one to replace the SH125i I sold last year, but needed the ability to carry someone occasionally).

RBW.

Just had a nose into this thread, what a cool little bike. I would love one. I can just imagine toddling through Northern Portugal on one...

The perfect bike for a very long and gentle bimble.

Assuming price ain’t crazy, I think I’ll get one.

It’s 440,000 yen in Japan so about £3300.

Supposedly does 67 km/l solo or 61 km/l two up.

So,solo that’s 222 mile to empty with a 5.3 litre tank.That’ll do,180 miles with 40 in reserve.

I came VERY close to buying a MonkeyBike actually, but thought it'd be a one trick pony and I'd get bored of it.

But this 125cc Adventure Bike, having some off-road capacity REALLY appeals to me.

Wonder if it'll be comfortable?

Have you tried the newish Honda Monkey-bike? It's quirky, chilled out and great fun.

I was considering taking mine to the IOM this year. The 186 miles to Heysham would be an adventure in itself.

I wanted a Monkeybike from when they first arrived but couldn't justify the high price.

They were on offer at Christmas so bought one then and just seeing it puts a smile on my face.

A six and a half foot GSA riding friend rode it quite happily

No.
Had a look at them but this CT125 looks more useful.
186 miles ?? Daniel Hayes rode his Monkey bike from Geelong to Perth and back ,over 5000 miles in about 10 days !!!

I haven't no.... but again came close to buying one during Covid-lockdown.

On eBay Honda dealers offering a 20' pre-reg, free delivery, brand new for £2,995

THAT almost got me....

I agree, the CT125 would get me buying it. I could imagine a wrapped tent on the back of that with a holdall.
