Not bad ! Think I’ve sustained a bang to the head as I’m without anything orange in the garage for the first time in 21 years and I like shite like this !!

Saw some promo stuff for that R18/2 today,

Looks stunning, although would that open driveshaft get through H&S regs ??

Dont know if the video had been edited, but the engine note was like a 4 stroke chopper, nothing like the off kilter burble of a boxer

Go on buy one, then we can see it in the flesh :)

If that was a consideration.

I think I prefer the version with the swept-up cylinder heads.

Each to their own, but when looking a the standard R18 last year in the showroom I was very underwhelmed, it may be an HD rival, but it's still not a bike I'd buy.
 
Rumor is they are going to do an R12

It will use the R9t hexhead engine


The 18 is hampered too much by euro regs the smaller engine is being seen as a better bet according to the press

Less weight more power
