Nav V date error - Satellite / Garmin November 2019 glitch NOW MENDED - scroll down

My Nav V has started to show the correct time but a date of March 2000. Spoken to Garmin UK but they don’t have answer. They have emailed USA. I have done a full reset to no avail. Any ideas?
