For those with upcoming trips to Morocco please be aware that Air and maritime connections between Morocco and Spain have been suspended by the Moroccan authorities due to the coronavirus.

We currently have in excess of 3100 recorded cases of Coronavirus in Spain and areas are beginning to be closed down by the authorities.

COVID-19: Morocco Suspends All Flights, Maritime Trips to Spain
Morocco World News
Mar 12, 2020
Rabat – After consulting with Spain’s leaders, Morocco decided today, March 12, to suspend all flights and maritime voyages to its closest European neighbor as the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to spread.

I'm supposed to sail on the 22nd of April, three years in the planning possibly down the drain!

Had a trip set up for seven of us in a few weeks time.

The other problem is that no one knows how long this closure will go on for?
So trying to reset for another date is difficult.

What about the ferry to Ceuta then cross the boarder there

Do you have any links or information with regards to the Spanish areas closed as we are driving to the Mazarron area via Bilbao on Monday for a month.

Mazarron is currently on Lockdown, you will not be able to enter the area!

If you have a Facebook account you can follow the Spanish Guardia Civil Trafico group page N332, which is being regularly updated.

Ceuta is Spanish, but located in Africa :nenau

And on a similar vein, Gibraltar to Morocco?

It's an amazing world, isn't it.

Think of it like Hong Kong used to be.

And yup.... all the Moroccan (coastline) ports and borders are shut to non-commercial traffic

Thanks for the update and links POL382, greatly appreciated. As we’re heading for the Le Torre golf resort, which is inland, I’m not sure whether this would be included in the lock down?

Ring the holiday company / tour organiser / the resort / golf'ist pro shop / green keeper and ask them..... Now, there's a thought.
