Does anyone know how to have your fog lights on with the ignition?

2019 GSA

You can only have them on all the time with the headlight, not the running light. Unless BMW have updated the settings since I had one.

If you add an EZcan can you do it

Seems odd you can have the strange daylight riding light on in place of the low beam, or the low beam in place of the DRL

why not make the DRL the spots or something a bit different

whatever you want to call them are on all the time with the DRL or the headlight. Just press the switch on the bars.
Or are we not talking about the same thing.

I agree with vRSG60 and ask the same question.

I can switch mine on/off with either DRL or headlight on.

Mine can be switched on or off with the handlebar switch too with headlight or DRLs on.

Mine come on with DRL or headlight if left on at ignition switch off, can be turned off at switch at bottom of mirror mount
They are listed as LED auxilliary driving headlights on the dealer fitting invoice
Part 63.17.8.556.937
Certainly bright....no idea how good they are in fog though....just want the daydreamers to see me

Give out a flat white line of light like the LED headlamp but with a wider spread to the nearside
