Finally getting some time to delve into my new G/S, some questions if I may.

I just learned the hard way how to overfill the final drive.
Its best to just fill it untill it comes out of the rear hole , as the owners manual states.
I bought the Shaw stainless breather looks really nice ,and it breathes not like the rusted old one.

Sorry only just seen this, the bushes came out easily, I found some washers that were slightly smaller then the bush and made a puller using some studding and a socket, with a little heat they pulled straight out with no fuss.

One bit of advise I read was to only use one O ring on both ends of the bush, now I have refurbished and use my center stand more I notice it does still weep a little externally but not internally, in he near future I will put both O rings in each end.
