carbon cannister removal

bit of advice please,i have removed the cannister ,what do i do with these two pipes that come from under the tank,do i blank them off or bridge them over with a bit of pipe

Just you installed the little rubber cover over the outlet on the left hand casing side (excuse the poor terminology, I can't remember what it's called)


This should have said Have you installed....???? If not you will get a code error reading upon ignition.
 
yeh i knew what you meant,its all done ,also i watched that video ,good idea to put the electrical relay bit under the seat

this just a note ,as i have done what is said on the youtube video,do not join the two hoses together ,leave them open.
if you join the hoses and then when filling the tank full of petrol you will get a vacume ,and the bike will sputter.
and when opening the petrol cap you will also get a big rush of air .
so leave the pipes unconnected and tuck them up out the road.
how do i know this :blast
