...So I wanted to know what it was, as I can`t remember and was looking for other quotes, this is the response from bemoto....
First response-
"Hi,
Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, I am unable to send you your No Claims Proof until the policy has lapsed - however, your No Claims will also be on your renewal invite.

Second response after I told them I will go to the relevant authorities as to withhold this information from me is just clearly wrong as it prevents me from asking for other quotes -

We normally can't send no claims proof out till the policy lapses, as no claims can only be used by one insurer at a time.
I have done you a no claims proof but it does state that your insurance with us is still in force.

And after two years with them they are not getting my business again, sharp practice in my opinion and I am one extremely dissatisfied customer, I hate nothing more than lies....Well, apart from humans that are breathing.
