I think this bloke has the 701 pretty much nailed.
Cant vouch for the wheelie stuff, as I'm utterly useless at them, but can confirm what he says about getting bitten if you're a bit careless with the throttle

With regards to the road riding, I find the handling to be really good on the OE wheel sizes, but I do find it prefers you to ride it a bit more SuperMoto stylee rather than try hanging off.
That was a nice little article. I did have a wry smile when he said he’d been out of action due to an injury (given who sponsors the vid)
Oh and a 2020? bike with failed clutch slave......

..And 2021s apparently.

I'm an absolute beginner offroad.
I'd be a bit scared offroad of the engine power though, as most pointed out.
I'll keep following you guys here and dreaming about it
we are chucking ours into hedges quite regularly

At least you are learning. Instead of asking how to turn off a bike
What panniers are you guys using, I saw this and was quite taken with it

Had a bimble over to gear 4 yesterday for a nosy and a sit on one,
It’s a tall bike, and the suspension is really firm, almost no sag at all
I’d need to lower one by @75mm I recon.
Anyone got experience of lowering links or shock spring dropper rings?
I only ask as I once fitted links to a DRZ and it ruined the ride.
I’m thinking I’d also need to get it resprung,
