I built an outhouse last year (6Mx3M) which I had planned to do for a few years now and finally got around to doing it. In preparation to the build I wanted to source some bits of kit that would make the job easier, would have use for it in future and did not cost the earth. After much searching I decided on getting a De Walt Impact Driver & Drill pair set (£180) and a DeWalt Circular Saw (£150)

The Impact driver is one of the best tools I have bought. It made light work of the endless screwing of thousands of screws. The 2AH battery was more than enough to last nearly the whole day. As I had the drill also I used that battery if I needed a backup. There are no downside to the tool. It is well built does the job with ease and would be the N01 tool in the box for any build.

The Cordless Circular Saw was good but ate through a 2AH battery in no time at all. I had to purchase a 4AH battery (£50) that done the job effectively no problems.
