Some nice gaffs alongside Loch Eritch, though somehow didn't take a picture of the Ben Alder Lodge which is just down the road from this yet 5 times the size..

Helped with the conservation/renovation of Ben Alder lodge many moons ago, stayed in a great little B&B in Newtonmore called the Eagle View Guest House.. still there when we rode the NC500 2 years ago...

Some great shots there Cabby. :okay
I'm fed up of riding the same tracks within 10 miles of my home, desperate for some fresh ground to ride across. (First world problem)

That lodge is obscenely large, owned by a Swiss industrialist google tells me, everything I hate about the land ownership in Scotland, I did get some fantastic video footage of it and the one shown above, actually surprised I wasn't challenged as I assume there will be some kind of staff looking after it.

Fabulous. Happy memories. Walked into Culra from Dalwhinnie and Rannoch railway. Like you cycled from Dalwhinnie too. Been a few years since I climbed the Munros there :)
Great to see :) Thanks for sharing!
