Zumo XT handlebar remote

thanks for the add, and sorry if this has been asked before, I was not able to find it anyway ..
just got my Zumo XT for use on my BMW GS, and love it so far, but it would be really helpfull if I could do some simple stuff from the handlebar, zoom in/out in maps, start/stop tracing, so it this possible, with Garmin hardware or aftermarket ?

I have had my XT since March last year, and not come across any form of remote control. I have seen however aftermarket remote controls for smartphones, with people using them on their bikes in place of a conventional GPS - so every thing is possible.

It will be interesting to see if BMW use the XT as a base to replace the BMW Navigator 6 or go down the route of using the TFT as a GPS option.
